GENERAL SUBMISSION and REVIEWER GUIDELINES

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical session papers, demo papers, PhD symposium papers, and workshop papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the IEEE NetSoft 2024 Conference Proceedings. All submissions must be written in English and must use standard IEEE two-column conference template that can be downloaded from https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

Papers submitted should describe original, previously unpublished research results, not currently under review by another conference or journal. Papers not meeting the length and formatting requirements or violating IEEE’s guidelines on plagiarized content will be rejected without review. All other submitted papers will be reviewed. Selected papers for NetSoft 2024 may be conditionally accepted and subjected to shepherding before final acceptance. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all manuscripts must be electronically submitted through EDAS:  https://edas.info/N31395.

Important: NetSoft 2024 is enforcing a strict publication and no-show policy as stated by IEEE. By submitting a contribution, you agree with the terms of the publication and no-show policy as mentioned here.

IEEE Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Text: The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to an IEEE Conference or Periodical. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.

Learn about IEEE’s policies and guidelines for submission and peer review here.

Not only authors, but reviewers are also prohibited from uploading any content of any manuscript under submission to non-approved generative AI tools, to avoid violations of the reviewer confidentiality.
